PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 Outgoing travel will be available from 15th September to 16th November 2014, return flight by 23rd Nov.

2 The winner will be confirmed no later than Friday 2nd August.

3 Please note that changes cannot be made to the reservation, once it has been confirmed.

4 The holiday must be booked by 30th August 2014.

5 The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and is subject to Sandals Resorts’ normal terms and conditions found here

6 Prize resort will be allocated once the winner has confirmed their available dates. Please note that the Sandals Royal Plantation resort is not included in this prize. Sandals reserve the right to relocate prize winner and their guest from the prize resort to an alternative 5* Sandals resort during the holiday, which may become necessary in unforeseen extenuating circumstances.

7 Prize is on an all-inclusive basis. This includes:

• All land sports including unlimited championship golf at selected resorts

Flights (Virgin Atlantic Airways)

8 Outgoing travel must be between from 15th September and16th November 2014. Return flights must be no later than 23rd November 2014.

9 Outgoing flights are only available from Aberdeen, Edinburgh or London Gatwick. Travel to and from UK Airports is not included in this prize.

10 Tickets must be used by the winner and named guest travelling together in both directions.

11 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable.

12 Once tickets have been issued they are valid for flights and dates shown only.

13 Prize does not include lounge passes and flight upgrades are not permitted.

Additional Terms and Conditions

14 Prize does not include travel insurance, travel cancellation insurance or trip interruption insurance. The winner and their guest should ensure they purchase travel insurance prior to the trip.

15 The winner and their guest, must have valid passports. The passport expiry date must be at least six months beyond the duration of the trip.

16 Any access, dietary or other special requirements of the winner and their guest must be mentioned at the time of booking.

17 Both parties travelling must be over 18.
