How to participate:

• The prize draw is open to all STV Player VIP Customers (with an opt-in email marketing status. All VIPs will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they watch a programme, of a duration of 20 minutes or more, ‘on-demand’ on STV Player while signed into the Player and during the prize draw period.

The Prize Description

• Overnight stay for 2 at the Stobo Castle, for 2 nights. With dinner and access to the spa included (spa covers the swimming pool and sauna). Plus £150 to use towards breakfast/lunch. The second guest must be over 14.

Eligibility

• Entrants must be STV Player VIP account holders (opted-in to email marketing) throughout the prize draw and winner selection period, · Must be 18 or over · Entry is automatic. Entrants must be signed into STV Player while streaming on the STV Player. · Entries will only be included for programmes watched for at least 20 minutes and with a running time of 20 minutes or more. 

Availability

• There is one prize. Reservations must be made within 7 days of accepting the prize (24 January 2025) for a stay between 20th January 2025 up to 1st June 2026. Accommodation is subject to availability £150 will be sent over by BACS 10 days after acceptance of prize.

Exclusions

• Excludes employees,immediate family members (including live in partners)of anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration.
• Add dates in here – if not available.

Additional T&Cs

• Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner will be supplied with a unique code to be used to book accommodation within 7 days of accepting. The code must be quoted at the time of reservation.
• A BACS transfer of £150 will be made to the winner’s bank account up to 10 days after acceptance of prize.
• The Stobo Castle stay, dinner and spa prize is not transferrable. The code provided cannot be exchanged for cash, it cannot be replaced if lost, and it is not transferable or refundable.
• Travel is not included.
• Spa treatments and other treatments not set out in the prize description above are not included in the prize.
• The £150 can be used towards any restaurant or bar items i.e. lunch, breakfast, snacks or alcohol.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries by 10 January 2024. 
• STV will contact the winners by email by Friday 10th January 2025.        
• The winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize by email to STV by [Friday, 17th January 2025)
• Failure to respond or accept the Prize by [Friday, 17th January 2024) will disqualify your entry and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.    
• STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.  Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner. 
• The code which will allow you to book your overnight stay, spa and dinner will be sent to you by STV.

Redeeming the Prize

The winner must contact Stobo Castle via reservations@stobocastle.co.uk / or 01721 725300 with the code provided by STV and book the accommodation by 1st June 2026.
