STV Prize Draw Rules (NTS Two night stay in East Lodge in the grounds of Crathes Castle)

The Prize:
• Two Nights Self Catering Accommodation (for up to 4 people) at the National Trust for Scotland’s East Lodge in the grounds of Crathes Castle near Banchory in Aberdeenshire – voucher valid 3rd & 4th May 2025 OR 2nd & 3rd August 2025. East Lodge - Crathes Castle | Banchory | Crathes Castle | Self Catering Holiday Cottage (sykescottages.co.uk) • A National Trust for Scotland annual membership. (The prize winner can select from an individual membership, joint membership or family membership - https://www.nts.org.uk/join) • A day at Crathes Castle, Garden & Estate in Aberdeenshire including a tour of the castle, lunch at Café 1702 and either a private tour of the garden with a Trust gardener or a private tour of the estate with a countryside ranger. • Lunch at Café 1702 at Crathes Castle, for up to four guests, up to the value of £80.

Prize Draw Period: The Prize Draw opens at 9am on 16th September 2024 and closes at midnight on 29th September 2024.

Conditions • Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK. • Entry is limited to one entry per registered STV Player email address. • The winner must book to stay at the accommodation for either 3rd & 4th May 2025 or 2nd & 3rd August 2025. • The accommodation must be booked by 31st October 2024. • The lunch and private tour must be booked 4 weeks in advance of stay. An NTS member of staff will contact the winner directly to facilitate. • STV reserve the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.

Exclusions • STV and NTS employees, immediate family members, any live-in partners, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration are excluded. • Travel is not included.

Additional Terms and Conditions • The accommodation is all on the ground floor. Winner Selection, Notification and Publication • One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries within 5 working days of the Prize Draw closing date.
• The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the winner selection date. • The winner must respond to STV and accept the prize by email within 5 working days of the winner notification email date (“Acceptance Period”). Send your response email to: ‘enquiries@stv.tv, and quote “STV Prize Draw: NTS, East Lodge, Crathes Castle” • In the event that the winner rejects the prize, or does not respond within the Acceptance Period, the winning entry will be disqualified. STV may, at its’ sole discretion select another winner (chosen at random from all qualifying entries) or cancel the prize draw. • The winners surname and county will be retained by STV for 6 months and will be made available to others on request.
