Additional Prize Draw Rules
The prize:
• £50 worth of Spar vouchers to be used to pay for goods at Spar Scotland stores within the store’s usual opening hours. The vouchers will consist of £20 and £5 vouchers only.
• The vouchers must be used between the date of issue and 31 October 2023.
• The vouchers are subject to Spar’s voucher terms and conditions and exclusions may apply. Please read the voucher terms and conditions carefully before use.
• Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Lottery, baby formula, post office services, or Paypoint.
• The value of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.
• The Promoter and prize provider and their agents reserve the right to refuse to accept vouchers which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.
How to Enter:
• Enter online at “https://competitions.stv.tv” and select “STV Prize Draw – £50 worth of Spar Vouchers”
• Entry is limited to one entry per STV Player customer (per email address).
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in Scotland.
• Exclusions: STV, Spar employees, immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration are excluded from entry.
Prize draw period:
• The prize draw will open at 00.01 on Monday 20 March and will close at 23:59 on 02 April 2023. (“the prize draw period”).
Winner Selection and Notification:
• Twenty (20) winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
• STV will contact the winners by email and/or telephone within 5 days of the closing date (“winner notification period”).
• The winners must provide STV with their name and address for the sole purpose of sending the vouchers.
• The winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize to STV within 7 days of the winner notification period. Failure to respond or accept within 7 days will disqualify your entry and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner(s).
• STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
• The vouchers will be sent by post within 7 days of accepting the prize. A signature may be required upon delivery.
