Additional Prize Draw Rules
The prize:
• £1,500 Beatsons Direct Voucher to be used towards the purchase of goods online, in store, and for delivery charges.
• The vouchers must be used between 1st May 2023 and 30th April 2024.
• The vouchers are subject to Beatson’s voucher terms and conditions and exclusions may apply. Please read the voucher terms and conditions carefully before use (available at: www.beatsons.co.uk/gift-vouchers)
• The value of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.
• The Promoter and prize provider and their agents reserve the right to refuse to accept vouchers which are deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.
How to Enter:
• Enter online at https://competitions.stv.tv/ and select “STV Prize Draw – £1,500 worth of Beatsons Direct Vouchers”
• Entry is limited to one entry per STV Player customer (per email address).
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in Scotland
• Exclusions: STV and Beatson’s employees, immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration are excluded from entry.
Prize draw period:
• The prize draw will open at 00:01am on Monday 3rd April 2023 and will close at 23:59 on 16 April 2023. (“the prize draw period”).
Winner Selection and Notification:
• One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
• STV will contact the winners by email and/or telephone within 5 days of the closing date (“winner notification period”).
• The winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize to STV within 7 days of the winner notification period. Failure to respond or accept within 7 days will disqualify your entry and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner(s).
• STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
• The vouchers will be sent by email within 7 days of accepting the prize.
