How to participate:
• The prize draw can be accessed and entered online at STV.TV/Win between 14 January and 27 January 2023 (the “prize draw period”)

The Prize Description • The prize includes one Gift Voucher for Marine Troon. It includes a 2 night stay for 2 guests in a Marine Double or Twin Room, with bed and breakfast, and a £100 hotel credit to spend at the restaurant, bar or spa.

Eligibility: • Entrants must be STV Player accountholders, must be 18 or over, and entry is limited to one entry per STV Player accountholder.

Availability • There is one prize. The Gift Voucher is valid for reservations up to 31 March 2024 except: 27 to 30 July, 25 December and 31 December 2023. Accommodation is subject to availability and advance booking is necessary. The Gift Voucher must be used to book accommodation by 28 February 2023.

Additional Terms and Conditions • The prize is not transferrable. The gift voucher contains a unique reference ID code and it may not be exchanged for cash, it cannot be replaced if lost and it is not transferable or refundable. • Travel is not included. • The gift voucher ID must be quoted at the time of reservation and the gift voucher must be presented upon arrival. You will need to present the physical voucher or the e-voucher on a portable device (smart phone, laptop etc). No photocopies of the voucher will be accepted.
• The £100 credit can be used on all products in the restaurant, bar or spa for either the winner or the named guest.

Winner Selection and Notification: • The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries. • STV will contact the winner by phone and/or email within 5 days of the closing date (“winner notification period”). • The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize to STV within 7 days of the winner notification period and confirm the method of delivery (email or post). Failure to respond or accept or confirm the method of delivery within 7 days will disqualify your entry and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
• STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
• The winner must agree to STV sharing of their name, email and address (as necessary) with Marine Troon in order to receive the prize (the gift voucher). • The prize will be issued by email or by post to the winning entrant.

Redeeming the Prize • The winner must contact Marine Troon and book the accommodation by 28 February 2023. Marine Troon can be contacted at info@marinetroon.co.uk or on +44 (0) 1292 314444. • In the event that the hotel is unavailable or must close due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the hotel, arrangements will be made to provide an alternative prize to the same value and for the date of your reservation.
