Specific Rules
Eligibility: • One entry per STV customer account
• All applicants must be Scottish residents and 18 years or over
• The prize draw is not open to STV and Aldi employees, immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the Prize draw or its administration.
• STV reserves the right to seek evidence to check identity and eligibility and failure to provide acceptable evidence will disqualify you from entry.
The Prize: • The prize is as detailed in the promotion.
• Each winner will receive £100 (10 x £10) of Aldi vouchers to be used to pay for goods at participating stores.
• The expiry date is 12 months from the date the Gift Voucher was awarded
• One or more Gift Vouchers may be used for a Gift Voucher Purchase.
• If the value of a Gift Voucher Purchase is greater than the amount of the Gift Vouchers used, the user will need to pay the difference in cash or by debit card.
• No change will be given if the value of a Gift Voucher Purchase is less than the amount of the Gift Voucher used.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of Lottery.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or gift vouchers.
• Exclusions: Gift vouchers can only be used in Participating Stores.
Prize Draw Period • The prize draw start date is 22/11/21 and the closing date is 29/11/21.
**Winner Selection and Notification: ** • Ten winners will be drawn at random. Winners will be notified within 5 days of the prize draw closing date (notification period).
Winner Acceptance: • winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the notification period. Failure to accept the prize will result in forfeiture and STV reserve the right to select another winner.
