The winner will have to purchase their own insurance, prior to collection of the car.
The winner will have to collect the car from the car showroom in Glasgow, within 10 working days after the closing date, unless otherwise agreed with STV. Expenses, including travel costs, will not be covered.

The winner will be required to take part in filming and/or promotional activity, when collecting the car.
When collecting the car, the winner will take to the showroom proof of age, copy insurance, driving licence and any other documentation that may be necessary to drive the car from the showroom.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within 5 days of the closing date and the winner's details will be published on stv.tv/win.
