The Solheim Cup is the pinnacle of women's golf with the very best players from Europe and the USA going head-to-head in match play format. The 16th edition of the event promises to be one of the highlights on the world's sporting calendar in 2019.
From 9th - 15th September 2019, the iconic venue of Gleneagles will be under the golfing spotlight as The Solheim Cup returns to Scotland, the ‘Home of Golf’, for the first time since 2000. The PGA Centenary Course, on which Europe sealed a thrilling Ryder Cup victory in 2014, continues its match play legacy, providing a stunning battleground amid the rolling Perthshire hills.
The event is not only about the world-class competition on the course, but promises to be a festival of entertainment, activity and fun, with something for everyone!
The prize is for a family of four to attend The Solheim Cup at Gleneagles on Saturday 14th September. The package includes fast-track tickets to the golf course and VIP family hospitality including food and beverages so the winner can enjoy this world-renowned golfing event in style!
Chauffeur driven transport on 14th September from a location within Scotland to and from Gleneagles is also included - see terms and conditions for full details.
A family suite overnight on 14th September at the world-class Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis is also included as part of this spectacular prize!

The Solheim Cup 2019 • 1 x Family Corporate Hospitality Experience/Tickets - allowing entry for one family to The Solheim Cup at Gleneagles for 2 Adults and up to 2 accompanying children (under 16 years) on Saturday 14 September 2019. • Fast Track access to golf course. • Hospitality tickets to the Moncreiffe Pavilion or Dormy Clubhouse, Gleneagles TBC (official hospitality facility) to include: • Shared hospitality venue with other Solheim Cup guests. • Complimentary food across breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. • Glass of champagne at lunch for two adults. • Complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day to include wines, beers and soft drinks. • Spirits and champagne – pay bar only. • Souvenir event programme included.
Transport • Car transport included to Gleneagles on Friday 13th September 2019 from one Scottish Mainland Domestic address. • Car transport included from Gleneagles on Saturday 14th September 2019 on return to one Scottish Mainland Domestic address. • Boat, bus or train transport to/from Scottish Mainland Domestic address on 13th and 14th September 2019 to meet car if winner lives in Scottish Highlands and Islands. Accommodation • One Night accommodation including dinner, bed and breakfast on Friday 13th September at Gleneagles Hotel, Perthshire • Family Suite, appropriate for use by 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years. • Dinner and beverages for four up to the value of £200 to be used at Birnam Brasserie, Gleneagles Hotel on Friday 13th September. or • Set menu Dinner for four at Strathearn Restaurant, Gleneagles Hotel with no drinks included on Friday 13th September.
Terms and Conditions: • Competition open to residents of UK. Only one entry is allowed per person. • This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility will be requested. • No persons, including their immediate families, connected with the administration of this competition and/or employed by STV or Visit Scotland are eligible to enter. • Entries must be received by midnight on 4th August 2019. The decision of the promoter as to the acceptance of entries and the selection of the winners is final. • The winners will be contacted within 3 days of the competition closing date. • The winner will be given 3 days to respond. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. • The prize provider of this competition is Visit Scotland Limited. The competition promoter is STV, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1Q. • Solheim Cup Tickets must be used on Saturday 14 September 2019. • Accomodation at Gleneagles must be taken on Friday 13th September 2019. • Transportation only available on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th September 2019. • Transport to Scotland to meet car is not included for winner who lives outwith Scotland in England, Northern Ireland or Wales. But car transport can be provided from a Scottish mainland address. • Pre-booking for dinner at Gleneagles in advance at either restaurant is essential. • All elements of the prize is strictly non-transferrable and must be used in a single transaction. • No cash alternatives are available. • Prize winners must adhere to the general code of conduct and dress code as displayed at https://www.solheimcup2019.com/terms-conditions
