  1. This competition is open to Scottish residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility will be requested.
  2. No persons, including their immediate families, connected with the administration of this competition and/or employed by STV or Golden Casket Limited or Buchanans of Scotland are eligible to enter.
  3. The winner will be contacted by STV within 5 days of the closing date.
  4. The winner will be given 5 days to respond. If they do not respond to STV within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
  5. Winners will thereafter be contacted by the Golden Casket marketing team who will supply the prize via courier to the winner's home address.
  6. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
  7. The prize provider of this competition is Golden Casket Group (c/o Buchanan's of Scotland), registered office at Fort Matilda Industrial Estate, Greenock, Inverclyde, PA16 7QF.
