You and your friends could be jumping for joy this summer, with access to one of Ryze’s state-of-the-art facilities in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Test your jumping skills with the famous Ryze ‘angled wall’ trampolines, or why not try out the dodgeball court, foam pits and basketball hoops as well as the infamous punch ball.

At Ryze, it's not all about the bounce. With more than 50 trampolines in each facility and more than 23,000 square feet of jump zone fun, the extreme air sports facility also offers RyzeFit Classes, the UK’s newest fitness phenomenon, as well as one-to-one coaching.
