STV and Scottish Balletare giving you the chance to win a family ticket to see The Nutcracker this festive season, on Tuesday 30 December 2014, 7.30pm at Festival Theatre Edinburgh.

Devised in 1973 by the Company’s founding artistic director, this production by Peter Darrell, will thrill and delight audiences young and old. Travel on an enchanting journey with young Clara, who falls asleep after a Christmas party and dreams of helping the Nutcracker Prince defeat an army of mice.

Join her as she visits the glittering Land of Snow where delicate snowflakes come to life, sparkling as they dance – and be dazzled by the colourful Kingdom of Sweets, the enchanted realm of the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy.

Scottish Ballet’s dancers conjure up the magic of The Nutcracker with their spellbinding performances, amidst a sumptuous world of plush Victoriana full of festive fare and childhood charm.

The Scottish Ballet Orchestra accompanies live, performing the world famous Tchaikovsky score.

1x winner will receive a family ticket, which comprises two adult tickets and two child tickets. Adults are 18+.

Tickets are for the evening performance on 30 December 2014, 7.30pm at the Festival Theatre.

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, and must be used for the showing/time listed above.
