STV has teamed up with Quality Meat Scotland (QMS), the National Farmers Union Scotland and the National Sheep Association Scotland to give one lucky person the chance to win a cooking masterclass with one of Scotland’s top chefs, Jacqueline O’Donnell from The Sisters Restaurants in Glasgow!
This great prize is to celebrate the recently launched QMS campaign including an initiative ‘Love Scotch Lamb’ which highlights the ease and versatility of cooking flavoursome lamb as the perfect family dish.
The initiative culminates around the aptly named ‘Love Scotch Lamb Weekend’ which takes place on the 23 and 24 August, at which time farmers from all over the country will be visiting their local supermarkets reminding the public that Scottish farms not only produce some of the best tasting lamb in the world, but it’s being reared right here on their doorstep!
To demonstrate that lamb is not only tasty and tender but also fabulously speedy to prepare, we are sending one lucky winner and a friend to attend a cooking experience with Jacqueline at The Cook School in Ayrshire on Friday 31st October. This fantastic prize allows you to learn from Jacqueline, as she provides expert tips whilst cooking some tasty dishes for you to recreate at your very own work station.

Specific Rules
This competition ends at 9am on Monday 1st September.
The prize is for two people to attend a full days masterclass with Jacqueline O’Donnell at The Cook School, 7 Moorfield Park, Kilmarnock, KA2 0FE and must be taken on Friday 31 October 2014.
Prize includes tea with fresh scones with butter/jam on arrival, the cooking class with Jacqueline O'Donnell, then the chance to enjoy the meals created over a glass of wine (1 glass per person).
The day starts at 9.45am until approx. 3.30pm.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
