STV and Pickering’s Gin – Edinburgh’s only genuine gin – are giving you the chance to win a guided tour of Summerhall Distillery!

You will be able to see up close how the small batch premium gin is hand distilled, bottled and labelled at Summerhall Distillery – as well as being able to sample the gin itself.

During the tour you will meet Gert, the 500 litre still, and find out more about the botanicals used in each batch. You’ll sample the gin at different stages in the distilling process, and of course enjoy a ‘Pickering’s and Tonic’ from the gin tap at the Royal Dick bar.

Launched in the heart of the capital earlier this year, Pickering’s Gin is based on an original recipe dated 17 July 1947. The distillers have tweaked its balance of botanicals and perfected it for today’s contemporary palate. The beautifully crafted small batch gin contains 9 botanicals including juniper, coriander, cardamom and fennel.
